Sean has experience in helping you quickly and effectively overcome all types of emotional distress or behaviours that you feel are preventing you from being an effective and fulfilled individual.
These include stress, anxiety, depression, anger, phobias, panic attacks, trauma and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive/compulsive (OCD) and addictive behaviours (such as drug/alcohol misuse and eating disorders).
Sean has experience working with members of the armed forces and will accept referrals from PTSD resolution.
Sean also works with families to reduce the emotional distress that life often creates around us. Ensuring all sides feel completely heard and understood while looking at emotional needs and implementing positive strategies to improve relationships between family members.
Sean has enhanced CRB disclosure and is continually studying in order to stay up to date with the latest ideas and developments in psychology, psychotherapy, education and neuroscience.
Sean works from a private practice in the centre of Hereford City, with easy access and its own parking space to the rear of the building. The practice has a reception, consultation room and a larger room for groups and is situated within approximately 5 minutes walk from bus station or 10 minutes from the train station. I am also willing to come to your home for a session, if for whatever reason you will struggle to get to Hereford city centre.

Joanne qualified as a Human Givens Practitioner in 2008 and is also qualified to deliver the "Just What We Need" program for parents. Joanne is also currently studying for an Open University Degree in 'Childhood and Youth Studies.
Joanne is a mother of 4 children and has interests in health and nutrition and children and parenting. Joanne runs a small Parent and Child group where parents can come to feel nurtured and learn in a gentle way about a stress free way of parenting and nurturing their children.
Joanne has experienced quite a lot throughout her life so far, and uses knowledge that she has gained through personal experience along with the effective skills taught on the 'Human Givens Diploma Course' to empower others to make the best out of their lives. She is very empathic and caring but is also very grounded in the real world and aims to help people in a way that works for them.
